Remember how you feel.
A quiet symptom diary for life with a chronic illness. Tap where it hurts, say how much, and get on with your day. Later, you can see how it has changed.

How logging works
Under thirty seconds, with one hand.
Bad days are when it matters most to write things down, and when you have the least to give. So an entry takes three taps.
-
First
Tap where you feel it
Touch the spot on a body map, front or back. For things like fatigue or brain fog, choose Whole body instead.
-
Then
Say what and how strong
Pick the kind of feeling, set how strong it is from 0 to 10, and add a note if you want to.
-
Later
Look back
History keeps every entry by day. Analysis shows how often and how strongly each place has bothered you over a week, a month or longer.
What you can keep
One place for the things you'd tell your doctor.
Bring your phone to the appointment and show what the last months actually looked like, rather than trying to remember.
Symptoms
Pain, stiffness, tingling, fatigue, brain fog and more, placed on the body where you feel them.
Medicines
Log a dose when you take one. Add the medicines you take regularly with their schedule, and Memini fills in the doses for you.
Other things you track
Starting with stool, using the Bristol scale your doctor will recognise.
Gentle reminders
Pick the times of day you want a quiet nudge to check in. As many or as few as you like.
What Memini leaves out
Nothing to keep up with.
A diary should not make you feel behind. Skip a week and nothing happens.
